Although Robo Dino is a city-state that represents the robo dino, an RD Kijou that is a symbolic representation of peace and utopianism, the city is still operated and constructed by humans. The citizens of Robo Dino are dedicated to expanding dino to finalize the “digification” of the world.
Portal Gate 9 is the result of the cartoon world (aka scribble world) and real-world merging on Earth. When cartoons and real come together you get magic. “Digication” is the academic term to describe the transformation of the world from real to magical.
